At Northern Roots, we take our duty to keep you safe seriously. We ask if you are unwell or have any flu/covid symptoms, PLEASE stay home and reschedule your appointment.

All workstations, basins & tools are sanitized after every client.

Hand Sanitizer is always available in the salon and we strongly recommend practicing hand hygiene.

If a member of staff is sick we will inform you as soon as possible and try to accommodate your appointment to the next available slot.
Cancellations
If you cannot make your appointment:

Please cancel as soon as possible as we are a small business a last-minute cancellation appointment affects us; this canceled appointment can be given to someone else. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, we ask for a 50% cancellation fee, if this payment isn't processed, then your next appointment will not be confirmed until this has been paid (this is not a deposit). If this occurs more than once, we then ask for a deposit for your future appointments.
